Order Processing & Final Sale Policy
Orders are processed immediately after payment is received. Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded after checkout. This applies even if the order has not yet shipped. We strongly recommend reviewing all order details before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a verified defect, we will review and resolve the issue. To qualify, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Please email support@unifypeptides.com with:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of all packaging
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the shipping box (if damage occurred during transit)
Claim Review & Resolution
All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, UNIFY Peptides may, at its sole discretion: Replace the item, issue store credit, or issue a refund. Resolution decisions are made based on the details provided and are not guaranteed.
Non-Eligible Claims
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for:
- Improper storage or handling after delivery
- Shipping delays caused by the carrier
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
- Change of mind
- General dissatisfaction
