All orders are processed within 1 business day.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) are shipped the same business day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) are shipped the next business day
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be automatically sent to your email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays
While we aim to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or high shipping volumes. We are not responsible for delays caused by Canada Post once the package has been shipped.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with Canada Post to resolve the issue. Claims may require supporting documentation (photos, etc.).
